Greg Zatulovsky
CEO | Chair, Governance & Risk Committee
Along with his day job as founder & CEO at Purpose Forward, Greg is a father of 2 and the former Treasurer at Amnesty International Canada. He has worked on the governance of digital transformation related to Ontario’s health system reform and led large-scale change management initiatives in various sectors. In 2021, Greg was a CPA Ontario Emerging Leaders Award recipient for his contributions at the intersection of the accounting profession and the social purpose sector.
Prior to entering the charitable sector over a decade ago, Greg developed his skills as an internal auditor and a specialist focused on risk management in complex consumer goods industries. This ability to interpret technical processes across business streams and identify potential risks paired with his experience in non-profit governance ensures that Purpose Forward will be setup with the governance structure it requires.
Greg is an ex-officio member of the Board, which means that he holds his position due to his office as the CEO of Purpose Forward. He does not have any voting privileges at the Board to ensure a level of independence between the Board and Management.
