Our story
Purpose Forward is a Canadian not-for-profit corporation that was established in early 2021 to accelerate the growth of grassroots, social purpose organizations. The founders have spent most of the last decade in senior roles in the not-for-profit sector with large community charities and hospitals. While these established organizations play a crucial role in making our communities better, they are not designed to innovate. The problems of our time require modern solutions to work in a system that has historically been designed with lots of processes to mitigate risk. Purpose Forward was founded to help grassroots organizations navigate this complex system and effectively scale to maximize impact.

Meet our founding CEO
Greg Zatulovsky, CPA
As a senior finance, HR, IT, and operations leader in the community not-for-profit sector as well as the founder of an accounting practice serving grassroots organizations in Ontario, Greg has demonstrated that operational innovation is created at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

Greg is a CPA Ontario Emerging Leader Award recipient for his contribution at the intersection of accounting and social purpose.
