Meet Abbey, our Client Success Specialist at Purpose Forward.  Abbey comes to us with a wealth of experience in operations and customer support in a variety of different industries including technology,  recruitment, healthcare, education and hospitality. With an education in Business Administration, Abbey specializes in process creation, automation and documentation. Aside from her professional experiences, Abbey has had the opportunity to volunteer with underprivileged youth, disabled individuals, and the elderly.  Spending time with some of society’s most vulnerable groups has motivated Abbey to advocate for the fair treatment, accessibility and support required for the success of all individuals.

When she’s not working, Abbey enjoys design, travelling, aerial yoga, and being creative.  As a mom of 2 young children, she often creates novel sensory activities to support her kids’ play and development. Additionally she loves the outdoors and spends much of her free time hiking with her partner and two German Shepherds.
